Use the Address/Phones tab to add contact information for the bereaved party.
To add/update the address and phone information for the bereaved party:
1. Locate and select the bereaved party.
2. From the Main Menu, select Bereavement and select Address/Phones.
3. Enter the contact information for the bereaved party.
4. Click .
5. Continue with Entering Demographic Information.
