Creating Service Detail Overrides

3. Search for a service by entering information in the Service Code, Description, or Service Type boxes and clicking

● Enter a date in the Effective From and Thru date fields in the mm/dd/yyyy format, or click and select the dates from the calendar.

● Click the arrow for HCPCS/Other/CPT and select the appropriate code type.

● Enter the appropriate code in the Code field, and enter any applicable Modifier.

● Click the arrow beside RevCode and select the correct revenue code from the list.

● Click the Exclude HCPCS/CPT Code from Claim box if you want to exclude HCPCS/CPT codes from the bill which have been defined for the Service on the Service Master record.

● If the code you select is billable, select the Billable check box.

● If you want to use a specific number of units, select the Use specified number of units check box and enter the number of units in the available field.

● If the corresponding payor requires the visit time on claims for EVV, check the Include Visit Time on claims for Electronic Visit Verification. If selected, the software will automatically include the visit time on Professional/1500 claims that are associated with the corresponding payor/plan.

● Click the arrow beside Home Health Unit Calculation and select if you want to specify a unit calculation.

● Enter the Fee the plan should allow to be billed.

● Enter the Multiplier.
