To add a new document:
1. From the Main Menu, click Patients, and select a patient.
2. Click the Documents tab.
3. Click the arrow beside the New Document field, and select the document you want to add.
4. Enterprise Edition automatically opens and displays in a new tab. In addition, Enterprise Edition adds the document to the Document grid. The Date Created and Create By display below the grid in the Document Status section.
To open an existing document:
1. From the Main Menu, click Patients, and select a patient.
2. Click the Documents tab.
3. Click on the document name link in the Document grid. Enterprise Edition displays the document in a new tab.

Clinical documents contain skip logic, which means that after you answer a question, fields or questions following that answer are disabled if they are not necessary to answer based on the selection made. |
