.To add a patient's funeral home information in Patients | Intake Referral | Funeral Home:
1. To search for and edit existing funeral homes, below Funeral Home Search, enter the ID or Name, or partial ID/Name, and click .

You do not need to enter the complete name to search. |
2. From the list of funeral homes in the grid, click one to select it. Enterprise Edition will display the information.
3. If necessary, you can click the arrow beside the ID or Name fields and edit the funeral home ID and Name. Or, click the Funeral Home Contacts tab to add new contact information for the funeral home.
4. Use the Notes field to enter any additional information about the funeral home.
5. Click 
. Enterprise Edition displays the information at the top of the window.
6. Click 
to continue.
to update the information, adding it to the list of phone numbers.
