Reference Files | MAR Reason Codes contains three tabs to build agency defined reasons that a medication may be administered Not Given, Late, or Early.
These reasons will display for selection when a medication is administered Late / Early based on the scheduled administration time or when Not Given is selected from the Medication Administration screen.
To add a new reason code in Reference Files | MAR Reason Codes:
1. Select the tab for the reason type (Not Given, Late, or Early).
2. Click New.
3. Enter a Description in the field below the grid.
4. Select the applicable Office(s) for the reason.
5. Click 
. The reason code will now display in the grid.
