Use the Occasions reference file to set up specific occasions for a bereaved party.
For every occasion, there are typically mailing labels and letters set up in Communications.
Adding an occasion
To add an occasion under Reference Files | Occasions:
1. Click .
2. Enter an Occasion.
3. Click the arrow beside Type of Date and select the date type.
4. Enter the number of days in the Days In field.
5. Click .
