Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Click in the Batch Date From and Batch Date Thru dates and select the batch dates from the calendars.
2. By default, the Payor From and Payor Thru fields include All Payors. To filter by a specific payor, click the arrow beside these fields and select from the pre-defined list of payors.
3. To show all details in the report, click the Show Details check box. Otherwise, clear this check box to see a high-level report without details.
4. Click Preview.
