ALIRTS Report

Home Health and Hospice agencies operating in the state of California are required to complete an annual utilization report through the Automated Licensing Information and Report Tracking System (ALIRTS). To assist users in gathering the information that is necessary for this utilization form, HEALTHCAREfirst has provided the ALIRTS Report. The software will only consider patient data for each section if they have a visit in Productivity.

Although this report was originally created to assist California agencies with ALIRTS, this report can be used for other purposes by agencies in other states.

 

This report can be used to gather information that is necessary for the ALIRTS utilization form:

1.    Click the arrow beside the Offices field and check the boxes to select the office(s) you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.

2.    To view a detailed version of the report, select the Show Details checkbox. This version of the report will result in a significantly larger number of pages.

3.    If desired, use the Service From and Thru fields to filter date according to a specific date range. By default, the previous year is selected (e.g. 1/1/2017 to 12/31/2017).

4.    Click Preview. Depending on what type of browser you use, you may see a message asking if you want to open or save the file. If you select the save option, the system prompts you to select a location where you want to save and name the file.
