This report provides a listing of all durable medical equipment (DME) and the associated type, code, and description. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:
1. Change the following fields if you want to filter by specific items other than the default settings:
● The DME ID From and DME ID Thru fields include all equipment. To filter the report by a specific ID, or a range of IDs, enter the range of IDs in these fields.
● The DME Description From and DME Description Thru fields contain All to include all equipment in the report. To filter the report by a specific description, or a range of descriptions, enter the range of descriptions in these fields.
● The Vendor From and Vendor Thru fields contain All to include all vendors in the report. To filter the report by a specific vendor, or a range of vendors, enter the range of names in these fields.
2. To show all details in the report, click the Show Details check box. Otherwise, clear this check box to see a high-level report without details.
3. Click Preview.
