Unduplicated Census Patient Report

This report provides a listing of unduplicated patients during the selected date range. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:

1.    Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office(s) you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.

2.    To show all details in the report, click the Show Details check box. Otherwise, clear this check box to see a high-level report without details.

3.    Change the following fields if you want to filter by specific items other than the default settings:

     The Patient ID From and Patient ID Thru fields include all patients in the report. To filter the report by a specific ID, or a range of IDs, enter the range of IDs in these fields.

     The Patient Name From and Patient Name Thru fields contain All to include all patients in the report. To filter the report by a specific patient, or a range of patient names, enter the range of names in these fields.

     The Service From and Service Thru dates include the previous month's visit dates. To filter by upcoming visit dates, or any other dates, click in the Service From and Service Thru fields and select the appropriate dates from the calendars.

     The Payor From and Payor Thru fields contain All Payors to include all payors in the report. To filter the report by a specific payor, or a range of payor names, enter the range of names in these fields.

4.    If desired, check the box next to Force the report to show ICD-9 Codes.

5.    Check the box next to Group by Payor to group the report by payor instead of by office.

6.    Check the box next to Include Primary Insurance Only to only utilize primary insurance information for patients in the report.

7.    Check the box next to Include Patient Address to also display the address information underneath the corresponding patient's name.

The report will not display data if a patient admission does not contain an Admission Date or if the admission contains a Not Admitted Date.
