Creating Bereavement Correspondence

The From Schedule program displays the Communication Schedule information as filtered by the criteria.

1.    Once you select the filter criteria, click  .

2.    In the Bereavement Communication Generation Preview window, review the communication.

3.    When ready to print, click  .

4.    In the Print Preview window, the bereavement correspondence displays as it will be printed.

5.    Click    to send the bereavement correspondence to the printer.

 

The To Schedule program allows you to create bereavement correspondence for parties that meet certain criteria, as specified by the user. Once created, you can then add the bereavement correspondence to the Communication Schedule.

1.    Once you select the filter criteria, click  .

2.    In the Bereavement Criteria Search Preview window, review the communication.

3.    When ready to print, click  .

4.    In the Print Preview window, the bereavement correspondence displays as it will be printed.

5.    Click    to send the bereavement correspondence to the printer.
