firstINTEL Analytics Interface

As of the 18.6.2 release, the Tools area of both firstHOMECARE and firstHOSPICE to replace Business Intelligence with an upgraded firstINTEL analytics interface. Users can access this interface by navigating to Tools | firstINTEL. Additionally, access to the firstINTEL interface can be enabled for users in Administration | User Security. The process for enabling user permissions and accessing the interface remains the same. The upgraded firstINTEL interface hosts an entirely new look to allow for seamless transition between different HEALTHCAREfirst products. firstINTEL uses a more intuitive layout, allows for customizable user roles, and includes a variety of new analytics tools.

To learn more about the different components included in firstINTEL (i.e. Using the interface, setting up user permissions, viewing report data, etc.), users can choose from a number of documentation topics and instructional videos directly from within the interface. While logged into firstINTEL, simply click  to access the firstINTEL Help and Support screen.
