Setting up Other Compensation

Other Compensation includes items such as cell phone reimbursement, DSL or air card reimbursement, and any other type of reimbursement that the agency pays their employees on a monthly basis. 

1.    Click the Other Compensation bar to expand the section.

2.    Click New.

3.    Enter a Name for the other reimbursement (Example: Cell phone reimbursement).

4.    In the Day of Payment drop-down menu, select the day of the month that will be set to pay employees for this reimbursement.

5.    Click Save.

6.    Repeat for any other applicable types of Other Compensation.

7.    Continue with Setting Up Shifts.
