After all necessary data has been entered in a document and the document has been saved, users can then indicate that the corresponding document has been completed.

Though the Complete action is not required to complete documents, this allows agencies to include an additional step in their documentation process, if desired. |
1. While the correct patient is currently selected, click the Documents tab.
2. Select the document from the display grid that you want to complete.
3. If all necessary data is saved in the document and it has been successfully validated (for OASIS documents), click .
● Once clicked, this button will change to , which allows users to reverse the complete action. Users can click Undo Complete as long as the document is not locked.
● Users are not required to click Complete before signing and/or locking documents. Once the document is locked, the software will automatically mark the document as (even if Complete has not been clicked).
4. Click .
5. Proceed to the next step of the documentation process by signing/locking the document.
