Associating Personnel

To associate specific employees with a patient in Patients | Intake Referral | Personnel:

1.    Below Patient Personnel Search, enter the ID or Last Name, or partial ID/Last Name, and click  .

You do not need to enter the complete number or name to search.

2.    From the list of employee names displayed, click the employee name to select it. Enterprise Edition will display the information below the Personnel Details section.

3.    If the employee is the Case Manager for the patient, click the box next to Case Manager to check the box and select it. Only one Case Manager is allowed for each patient. The selection can be changed at any time.

4.    Below Effective Dates, use the Begin and End fields to enter the dates the employee will be associated with the patient.

5.    Click  . Enterprise Edition will display the employee information in the Personnel section at the top of the window.

6.    Click    to continue with Identifying Patient Pharmacies.
