To add a new employee in Personnel:
1. On the Main Menu, click .
2. Click the Address/Phones tab and enter the employee information in the Personnel Management Window to the right.
3. Select the address you want Enterprise Edition to use to calculate the employee's daily mileage.
4. When you finish entering all information, click .
5. Click to apply pending changes.
6. If a photo is available, you can upload a photo.
7. Enter Phone/Email information for the selected employee.

To use the new password reset functionality, users must ensure that a valid e-mail address is set up in Personnel | Address / Phones, under the Phones / Email section. This e-mail address will be used to send a link that allows you to reset your password. |
8. Continue with Identifying Annual Requirements.
9. Click to save all changes.
