A/R Aging Report

This report provides a list of aging accounts receivable with open balances for a specific date range. Select the criteria you want to use to filter the report:

1.    Click the arrow beside the Offices field, and then select the check box beside the office(s) you want to use. To see all offices, click the top-level check box.

2.    To show all details in the report, click the Show Details check box. Otherwise, clear this check box to see a high-level report without details.

3.    By default, the Aged As Of field contains the date for the last day of the previous month. To use a different date, enter the date you want to use in mm/dd/yyyy format.

4.    Click the arrow beside the Payor field and select from the pre-defined list of payors.

5.    By default, the system defines the Aging Period One, Aging Period Two, Aging Period Three, and Aging Period Four fields as the previous 30, 60, 90, and 120 days, respectively. To use a different amount, enter the number of days you want to use.

6.    Use the Patient Id From and Patient Id Thru fields if you want to specify a range of patients to use in the report using Patient IDs. By default, these fields are set to include all patients (with notes entered) that fall within the other filter criteria selected.

7.    The Show Notes box enables data for all active notes to be displayed in the report for each patient (if applicable).

8.    Check the Show Payor contact info box to include the contact information for each payor and plan in the report.
