To assist in the signup process for the firstREV interface, a new firstREV Enrollment report option is available in Reports | Master Listings. To signup for firstREV, simply complete the enrollment form and send the file to firstrevsupport@healthcarefirst.com. To ensure that all proper steps have been taken prior to completing the firstREV form, please read the Billing Enhancement Instructions topic for a detailed step-by-step outline of the enrollment process.
The enrollment report file itself contains almost all of the information needed. When a user selects the firstREV Enrollment report option, the enrollment file will immediately download to your local computer as an Excel file. The Excel file contains several columns of data that are broken up into three separate tabs:
● Main Agency Info:
o Main Agency Name
o Address (Zip code must be in the full 9-digit format)
o Intacct
o Telephone Number
o Fax Number
o Email
● Additional Facilities tab:
o Name ("Ozark Homecare")
o Address (Zip code must be in the full 9-digit format)
o NPI
o Tax ID
o PTAN
● Payers tab:
o Payer ID
o Payer Name
o Tax ID
o NPI
o PTAN
o Claims
o Remittances
