Includes several quick links, a feature for manually uploading claim files, and displays any applicable alerts or notices that pertain to the user account. For more information about the Dashboard, refer to the previous part of the guide.

   

●     Patients — View detailed information for a patient (i.e. Demographics, Address, Insurance, etc.)

●     Eligibility

o     Request — Submit a new eligibility request to any payer.

o     Responses — View eligibility responses for eligibility requests that were previously submitted.

 

●     Institutional — View, edit, and manage Institutional claims.

●     Professional — View, edit, and manage Professional claims.

●     Batches — View details for claim batches.

●     Status

o     New Request — Request the status of a claim.

o     Responses — View responses that were from previously submitted claim status requests.

 

●     Remit Payments — View and track all events for the full remittance returned from the payer.

●     Remit Detail — View individual claims that have been remitted.

 

●     Reports — View a multitude of various daily reports to see what has been transmitted according to a range of dates, by a specific user, or to a specific payer – instead of manually navigating through individual claims or remittances to retrieve the same information.

 

●     My Account — View and edit settings for your user account.

●     Task Scheduler — View and manage your task list.

●     Groups — Create and manage groups based on a user's role (e.g. Administrator, Billing Coordinator).

●     Profiles — Establish customized profiles for how data in the interface is displayed.

●     Entities — Create a new entity (i.e. Facility/Group or Physician), import a list of entities (using an Excel spreadsheet or .csv file), or manage details for existing entity records.

●     Payers — View information for all available payers associated with your agency. This information is already setup for your agency based on the enrollment information provided to HEALTHCAREfirst

●     File Manager — View, download, and manage uploaded claim files that are uploaded to the system and customize settings on certain file folders (if applicable).

●     MCD / LCD Policies — View MCD and LCD policies pertaining to covered Medicare services.  

●     HCPC / CPT — View a list of HCPC and CPT codes for services.

●     ICD-9 — View a comprehensive list of all ICD-9 diagnosis and procedure codes.

●     ICD-10 — View a comprehensive list of all ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure codes.

●     FISS Terminal — Open the interactive CMS FISS DDE terminal in a separate window.

 

●     Enrollments — Create new payer enrollments and view details for existing payer enrollments.

●     Training Resources — Click this to access an ABILITY webpage that includes several interactive training videos.
