Using Document Tracking

Users can use Document Tracking to:

     Search documents by various filters.

     Track various date types:

o     Sent Date

o     Received Date

o     Re-sent Date

o     Physician Signature Date

     View, print, and attach notes to the following options:

o     Orders

o     Orders List

o     Orders List Short

o     Orders List (CPO)

o     Orders List (CPO) with Notes

 

Follow the instructions below to use Document Tracking:

1.    From the Main Menu, click Document Tracking and then select the most applicable option:

    Orders/F2F

    Documents

    485 Tracking

    Print Queue

For information on how to use the Print Queue, please refer to the topic on Using the Print Queue.

2.    Select the filter criteria you want to use to search:

     Orders/F2F

     Documents

     485 Tracking

3.    Click Search to display a list of the orders matching your search criteria.

4.    Select an order in the list to view additional details under the Document Status section to the bottom of this screen.

5.    (Orders/F2F/485 Tracking documents only) If necessary, you may edit the Date Sent, Date Resent, Date Agency Received Order, and Physician Signature Date fields from this window.

6.    Additionally, you may add notes that only display in Document Tracking.

7.    After completing a search and making any edits, you may print the orders.

8.    Click the Order Tracking / Document Tracking / 485 Tracking tab to return to the search window.
