Adding a Patient

Before adding a new patient, you should search Enterprise Edition for patient information that may already exist. See Searching For and Selecting an Existing Patient.

 

To add a new patient:

1.    Above the Main Menu, click .

2.    In the Patients menu, click  .

3.    In the Patient Management Window:

     Enter the appropriate referral information, if available.

     Enter the patient information.

4.    When you finish entering all information, click   to apply pending changes.

5.    Continue with Entering Address, Phone and Email.
