After you create and save the physician order, Enterprise Edition will activate the Order Frequencies section of the Physician Order Page.
To enter Order Frequencies in Patients | Intake/Referral | Orders | Physician Order:
1. In the Range field, enter the minimum number of visits for the order. If none, leave this field blank.
2. In the Amount field, enter the amount for the frequency.
3. Click the arrow beside Frequency, and select a frequency from the list.
4. In the Duration field, enter the duration in relation to the frequency.
5. Click 
in the blue Order Frequencies area. When the frequency displays in the grid, Enterprise Edition will display check boxes under the days of the week. If you want to select specific days for the visit(s), click the check boxes below the days of the week you want to add visits.
6. To create another frequency for the same discipline, click 
and then repeat steps 1-5.
7. Use the Order field to enter narrative text for the physician order:
● Enter text in the blank field below Order near the bottom of the window, or refer to Creating Narratives in the Master Files.
● Pull in a narrative from the Master Files.
8. If necessary, edit the text in the field, and click at the top of the window.

9. You can now proceed to generate the order and schedule the visits.
