To generate an order and schedule visits:
1. From the Main Menu, navigate to Patients | Intake/Referral and then select the Orders tab
2. Open the order you want to generate:
● If an order needs to be created, proceed by first entering details for the new order.
● If the order already exists, click the blue document link for the order you want to generate. Enterprise Edition will open the selected order.
3. If necessary, edit the order frequencies.
4. Click to open the Order Generation Calendar screen.
5. If necessary, select the filters you want to use and then click to display visits that fall within the filters specified.
6. When Enterprise Edition displays the schedule, click the arrow beside Calendar View and select how you want to display the calendar.
7. If you want to edit a visit, click on it in the calendar to open the ungenerated visit.
8. When you are ready to generate the orders, click .
9. Click the arrow beside the Assign to field to select a specific employee you want to asssign to the visit(s).

Click the Show Available check box to display a list of all employees available for the visit. |
10. Click to check availability for the selected employee.
11. Enterprise Edition will display the list of visits with the scheduled start/end dates and the employee availability. If the employee has availability for a visit, select the check box beside all visits you want to assign to the employee.
12. Click to apply the update to the selected items.
