. The Order Generation Calendar screen will display.Patients with a payor plan setup to generate visits from authorizations requires users to generate visits in the Authorizations screen (in Patients | Intake / Referral | Insurance). Normally, visits are generated from an order that is created (in Patients | Orders).
After an authorization has been established and visits have been generated from the authorization, users can view these scheduled visits in the Order Generation Calendar by accessing the same Authorizations screen. Follow the steps below to view visits that are generated from authorizations:
1. Select the desired patient that has visits generated from authorizations.
2. Navigate to Patients | Intake / Referral | Insurance.
3. Click the Authorizations tab.
4. Using the display grid at the top of the screen, click the desired entry to select an authorization (if applicable).
5. Using the Frequencies By section at the bottom of the screen, click the desired entry to select a frequency (if applicable).
6. Click . The Order Generation Calendar screen will display.
7. If desired, use the available fields to filter the visits displayed in the calendar view. Click 
to apply the filters to results displayed in the calendar.
8. To change the Calendar View click on the drop-down arrow next to Calendar View.
9. To the right of the Calendar View drop-down field, click to display the schedule according to a specific date.
10. Click on a visit to view details for the corresponding visit. If using the Grid View, click View to view details for the corresponding visit.
11. Continue with Editing Generated Visits if you desire to edit the visit information.
