Accounting Notes Report

This report provides users with the ability to print account summary notes that are entered in Accounts | Account Summary | Notes (or the alternate Accounts | Payments | Notes path). Although the A/R Aging Report provides an option to include these account summary notes on the report, it will only include notes that fall onto the aging report.

1.    Click the arrow beside the Offices field and then select the check box beside the office(s) you want to use for the report. To include all offices, click the top-level checkbox.

2.    If you want to only include a specific type of note, select the preferred option from the Note Category drop-down menu. By default, the report will include notes without a category selected.

3.    Use the Patient Id From and Patient Id Thru fields if you want to specify a range of patients to use in the report using Patient IDs. By default, these fields are set to include all patients (with notes entered) that fall within the other filter criteria selected.

4.    Specify a range of patients to use in the report using the Patient Last Name From and Patient Last Name Thru fields. If applicable (multiple first names exist in the fields selected), users can further clarify which names to include in the report using the Patient First Name From and Patient First Name Thru fields. The "first name" fields will be grayed-out unless multiple first names are present.

5.    Specify a timeframe of when notes were created to include in the report by using the Created From and Created Thru fields.

6.    Select only one type of note status to include in the report data using the Action filter.

7.    Specify a specific Payor to use for the report data. By default, this filter is set to "All Payors".

8.    Filter report data according to the employees that created the notes by using the Personnel Name Created By From and Personnel Name Created by Thru fields.
